Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Every order ships from a warehouse in the United States.
- Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after they ship.
- You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- We currently ship to US addresses only, and we don't ship to PO boxes.
- Shipping is free on every order.
Returns and refunds
If you're not happy with your order, email support@evenhush.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number.
- Damaged or wrong item: tell us within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full. You don't need to send anything back.
- Changed your mind: return the item in good condition with all parts within 30 days of delivery, and we'll refund you once it arrives. We'll email you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Refund timing: approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
